Today's training is inspired by the work of educator (and carpenter) Ron Berger. In his book, An Ethic of Excellence' he gives us a vision of educational reform that transcends standards, curriculum, and instructional strategies. He argues for a paradigm shifta schoolwide embrace of an ethic of excellence.
